Dramatic moment Sumsum Ahuofe goes down on his knees in water to beg IGP to release Medikal and Shatta Wale (Watch)
Actor Sumsum Ahuofe has been spotted in a video begging the Inspector General of Police (IGP) to set A-list musicians Shatta Wale and Medikal free after they were both remanded.
The Kumawood actor whose distinctive bulgy eyes have become part of his brand stormed a popular mall in Kumasi to drum home his plea.
Having found a mass of water at the forecourt of the mall, Sumsum removed his sandals and proceeded to kneel in it and nearly prostrated until one man came to hold him and helped him on his feet.
He begged George Akuffo Dampare profusely to release the two who are facing various charges ranging from causing fear and panic and brandishing a gun on social media respectively.
